POSITION SUMMARY
The Development Director is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive fundraising strategy that ensures GenerateHope’s financial health and long-term sustainability. This includes oversight of individual giving, major gifts, grants, events, donor communications, and stewardship. The Development Director serves as a key ambassador of the mission, cultivating meaningful relationships with donors, foundations, churches, and community partners.
This role requires a strategic thinker, strong storyteller, and experienced fundraiser who is comfortable leading, innovating, and collaborating with staff, board members, and volunteers.

GenerateHope is a safe place for survivors of sex trafficking to heal and find restoration in long-term housing and trauma-informed therapy, education, and vocational support. Since recovery from sexual exploitation is a long-term process, GenerateHope provides safety, community, and individualized life skills support to work through the deep trauma and discover a healthy, purpose-filled life.
Our Mission
We serve sex trafficking victims by offering a real way out. GenerateHope is a faith-based organization providing long-term, comprehensive programs to women who have been sexually trafficked, so that they are able to reintegrate into society and walk powerfully into their futures.
To date, over 185 women have experienced the acceptance, care, and resources within the GenerateHope system.
Our Vision
GenerateHope’s vision is to see survivors of sex trafficking and exploitation recover from the abuse and trauma of the sex trade. It is also our goal to educate our community and work with law enforcement and task forces to eradicate human trafficking.
